- Carpeted venue
- Name panel
- Furniture – 1 x counter, 1 x table, 4 x chairs
- Electrics - 3 x spotlights, 1 x 13amp/230v single phase socket
B: Space only US$ 420 per sq.m.
Included in all participation costs:
- Stand cleaning
- Supplies of promotional material
- Exhibitor service manual
- Entry into the Show Guide
- General security
Not included:
- Insurance of exhibits
- Shipping and transportation of goods to venue
- Mechanical/heavy lifting
Payment Terms:
- Exhibitors are required to pay 50% of the full space costs within 30 days of receiving the organisers space contract.
- Final installment: The final 50% of space costs is due by 13 September 2021
